From Hiroshima to Hokkaido: NCU Expands a New Chapter of International Collaboration

National Central University (NCU) was invited to Hiroshima to sign the Peace Declaration, becoming the only university from Taiwan to participate. This demonstrates NCU’s strong commitment to sustainability and its dedication to University Social Responsibility (USR) initiatives.

In Hiroshima, President Shu-San,Shiau presented NCU’s achievements in sustainability and social engagement, while strengthening the “Flagship 100 Student Exchange Program” with Hiroshima University. The delegation then visited Hokkaido University to sign a university-level memorandum of understanding (MOU), expanding opportunities for student exchanges, interdisciplinary research, and international internships. These efforts aim to enhance global engagement and broaden students’ international perspectives.

國立中央大學受邀赴廣島簽署《和平宣言》，為台灣唯一參與學府，展現中大在永續發展與USR行動上的實踐力。

蕭述三校長於廣島發表中大永續成果，並深化與廣島大學的「百人旗艦交換學生計畫」。隨後代表團前往北海道大學簽署校級合作備忘錄，擴大師生交換與跨域研究機會，促進學生國際交流與全球視野的培養。
